We’re happy to announce the launch of our updated and significantly improved Elevated X client support system!
As we strive to maintain our 20-year standard of providing fast responses and a high level of service, we’ve adopted a new support system designed to improve your experience and help you make the most of our software.
Changes & Improvements
Along with a more modern and user-friendly website interface, the new support system will also show a list of the following:
- Our planned development projects
- New features
- Software updates
This will allow you to easily keep track of our updates without constantly checking our social media, press releases, and emails. We will also make full use of the improved Knowledge Base, which will soon house additional video tutorials on some of our less-known features and details on how to use our new site design templates.
Once you click "Start Here," you'll land on our new support site. Click Account, Log in, and then the Forgot Password link to update your password. Once you log in, you will still have access to all of your support ticket history.
